Due to the nature of our jewelry products, all items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We guarantee our products against manufacturer defects, however normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel that the merchandise that you have received is defective, upon receipt of the items please contact us immediately. We will not be able to accommodate issues more than five days after the product(s) is/are received.

Shoe Exchange Policy
All posing shoes are final sale, however they may be exchanged for another size. If you need to exchange your posing shoes, upon receipt of the items please contact us immediately. We will not be able to accommodate issues more than five days after the product(s) is/are received. Shoes must not be worn and must include ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please fill out the exchange form below and include with exchange.
Please ship shoes back in an appropriate shipping box, bag or padded mailer. DO NOT just ship the shoes back to us in the blue shoe box that they are packaged in. Place the blue shoe box in another box, bag or padded mailer to protect the blue box. If the shoes are returned to our warehouse only in their blue box, we will charge you a restocking fee between $25-$50.

All plain black robes are final sale, however they may be exchanged for another size. If you need to exchange your black robe, upon receipt of the item(s) please contact us immediately.
